Ich konnte extrem spontan ein Taxi von Bristol nach London City Airport buchen und ich war äusserst zufrieden. Den Fahrer fand ich sehr sympathisch, weshalb wir uns auch die ganze Fahrt miteinander unterhalten und gelacht haben. Er war pünktlich vor meiner Haustür und hat genau das gmacht, was ich verlangt habe. Man kann sich auch jeder Zeit bei den Getränken bedienen und sein Handy während der Fahrt aufladen. ~ Joya T

What a great service! We were stranded in Bristol Parkway at midnight after a whole day of travelling from France via Edinburgh after our flight was cancelled so we were exhausted. 3 Uber drivers accepted and then later cancelled the job. I booked with Rufus and within minutes the job was accepted and immediately the driver called me to say he was 10/15 minutes away. He called as soon as he arrived as we were waiting inside the station. He was very friendly and helpful, his car was really clean and very comfortable. We were so grateful to get home. Really great experience using Rufus Taxis. They were able to provide a car seat for our toddler, rear facing and looked brand new! Our driver texted the night before our early morning collection so we were confident he’d arrive on time. Everything went smoothly picking us up and dropping to the airport. We booked for pick up after holiday, our driver was the first text I received welcoming us home, he’d been tracking the flight to ensure he was there the right time, and asked to let him know when we’d collected bags etc so he could meet us in the pick up area at the right time. Prices were really great, especially compared to other local taxi firms who couldn’t/wouldn’t provide a car seat. Would definitely recommend and will book again! ~ Jordaine M

Absolutely the best and most reliable! If you’re going anywhere and want to be absolutely sure you taxi will turn up on time then this is the taxi firm to choose! Exactly how taxi companies should be - Pre-booking is awesome. If you are going to the Airport, book a few days in advance and your driver will be assigned in advance. I must say I was very impressed as a first time user. I first saw Rufus advertised on the Next Door website , and was a bit sceptical , but decided to give it a go , for transport to and from Bristol airport. I found it to be a very reliable and reasonably priced service. Drivers were on time, courteous and helped with our luggage, and we had safe , comfortable journeys. We booked a very early morning journey to Bristol airport having been badly let down by a pre booked Uber previously. Takes the stress out of trykng to find an Uber when arriving at the airport, and avoid the surge pricing spikes. Our driver was really friendly. They got in touch the day before the trip with their details, and when to let them know we were through airport security. We regularly use Ugi Bristol's services for airport runs and to take and collect us from functions both locally (we live in Bath) and further afield to London and Wales. Driver 12 Paul arrived early and was very professional, car was clean and with a huge boots perfect for our 4 suitcases, smooth ride to the airport and nice conversation about bees, as he is a beekeeper. Excellent service from Ihema - we were travelling to the pick up point from Manchester and London in 2 separate cars and one of our cars was delayed en route by 30 minutes due to traffic - Ihema was very calm and happy to wait for the delayed car - Amazing service - would definitely recommend ~ Stephen W
