I must say I was very impressed as a first time user. I first saw Rufus advertised on the Next Door website , and was a bit sceptical , but decided to give it a go , for transport to and from Bristol airport. I found it to be a very reliable and reasonably priced service. Drivers were on time, courteous and helped with our luggage, and we had safe , comfortable journeys. I would not hesitate to use this taxi service again , and would thoroughly recommend. We booked a very early morning journey to Bristol airport having been badly let down by a pre booked Uber previously. Rufus taxis communicated immediately and confirmed with trip with a good price and a named driver. Our driver Jawel communicated regularly to confirm he would pick us up and arrived on time. It’s was such a pleasure using UGI Taxi Services. I was travelling to Bristol Airport to catch a flight and Ugi went out of his way to provide a caring and proficient service. We regularly use Ugi Bristol's services for airport runs and to take and collect us from functions both locally (we live in Bath) and further afield to London and Wales. The service is always first class. The cars are always comfortable and executive with chargers, WiFi and refreshments. The drivers are professional and always punctual. Driver 12 Paul arrived early and was very professional, car was clean and with a huge boots perfect for our 4 suitcases, smooth ride to the airport and nice conversation about bees, as he is a beekeeper.
